To unlock a student’s test ticket:
- Click on the Registration Name.
- On the Details tab, click the ellipsis in the Action column and select Unlock.
The row for the student will update from a Completed status to an In Progress status.
Note: Only Fixed form version of the test should be unlocked. Computer Adaptive Tests (CAT) should not be unlocked, doing so will cause the CAT test to not function as expected. If you need any assistance with this or have additional questions please contact DRC Customer Service.
