DRC BEACON User Roles

User Permission Summary

  • Teacher - are able to create registrations, print test tickets, and view reports for the students that they are associated with in rosters.  They are not able to view students they are not associated with in the portal site.
  • School - are able to add/upload/edit users and students in the system. create Rosters, Registrations, print test tickets, and view reports for the students at the school. They also have access to all of the systems in the portal site needed to complete a site's technical setup at the specific school.
  • School Tech Coordinator - only able to access the systems in the portal site needed to complete a site's technical setup at the specific school. Their access is locked by role and they are not able to upload users/students for a school.
  • District Tech Coordinator - only able to access the systems in the portal site needed to complete a site's technical setup for the district.  Their access is locked by role and they are not able to upload users/students for a school or district.
  • District - same as the school role but, they are able to do all the things mentioned above but for every school in the district.
